About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Obtain complete, accurate and relevant patient data for outpatient registration
- Complete patient insurance verification
- Work primarily day shifts, with hours mixing 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Work Monday through Friday with weekend rotation
- Rotate to multiple locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Cerner experience preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent phone and customer service experience required
- Monday through Friday with weekend rotation required
- Rotation to multiple locations required
