About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Obtain complete, accurate and relevant patient data for outpatient registration
- Complete patient insurance verification
- Work days, full-time, with a mix of 6a-230p, 630a-3p, and 730a-4p shifts
- Work Monday through Friday with weekend rotation
- Rotate to multiple sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent phone and customer service experience required
- Cerner experience preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Weekend rotation required
- Rotation to multiple sites required
