About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Obtain complete, accurate and relevant patient data for outpatient registration
Complete patient insurance verification
Work full-time day shifts with varying hours of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Work Monday through Friday with weekend rotation
Rotate to multiple locations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge required
Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
Excellent phone and customer service experience required
Cerner experience preferred
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Weekend rotation required
Rotation to multiple locations required
