About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Obtain complete, accurate and relevant patient data for outpatient registration
Complete patient insurance verification
Work a part-time day schedule
Work a mix of 9a-5:30p, 9:30a-6p, and 10:30a-7p shifts
Maintain availability for at least 2-3 weekdays with weekend rotation
Rotate to multiple locations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school graduate or equivalent
Basic computer knowledge required
Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
Excellent phone and customer service experience required
Minimum of 2-3 weekdays of availability
Weekend rotation required
Rotation to multiple locations required
Cerner experience preferred
Previous healthcare experience preferred
