About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Obtain complete, accurate and relevant patient data for registration for the Emergency Department population
  • Complete patient insurance verification

  • Work afternoon shifts, primarily a mix of 2p-10:30p and 3p-11:30p
  • Rotate between New Lenox and Homer Glen Emergency Departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent phone and customer service experience required
  • Cerner experience preferred
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 weekdays of availability
  • Weekend and holiday rotation required
  • Rotation between New Lenox and Homer Glen Emergency Departments required
