About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support customers in adopting injection molding simulation software
  • Independently manage consulting and professional services projects
  • Present solutions online, on-site, at international trade fairs, and in training sessions
  • Explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably
  • Work closely with the sales team and take responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process
  • Learn about injection molding simulation and support companies in developing complex components more intelligently and sustainably
  • Continuously build practical expertise through customer projects, internal knowledge sharing, and technical training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Professional experience in plastics processing, ideally injection molding
  • Interest in software, simulation, and sales
  • Enthusiasm for technical concepts and working with people
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to continue developing
  • Experience using AI tools and coding agents, such as ChatGPT and Claude
  • Willingness to learn, curiosity, and enthusiasm for technical topics
