  • Receive and process incoming customer calls or messages
  • Respond to inquiries and determine appropriate responses or directions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED
  • One year of outstanding customer service or sales experience required, preferably in a financial setting
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, business correspondence, journals, and government regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally or in writing
  • Ability to navigate a 10-system environment efficiently
  • Critical thinking and probing-question skills for problem solving
  • Ability to listen effectively and deescalate customer frustrations using empathy
  • Proficiency with a PC, MS Word, and Excel
  • Excellent telephone skills, including a professional speaking voice
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional presentation
  • Punctual and regular attendance
