Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified lawyer with experience in funds
  • Mid-level to senior-level experience
  • Strong transactional execution skills
  • Experience running or supporting deals from initiation through closing
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability and collaborative approach
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of the wider team
  • Relevant right to work in the UK required; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Required to complete the employer's background screening process; this may include a DBS certificate depending on the position
