About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead revenue cycle management operations that support patient access, operational performance, and organizational growth
- Transform revenue cycle processes and build scalable solutions
- Lead and coach RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments
- Use data analytics and automation to accelerate collections and reduce costs
- Manage schedules and priorities independently in a remote environment
- Respond to changing payer trends and complex situations
- Partner with clinical, IT, AP, and operations teams
- Manage offshore vendors and technology partnerships
- Drive measurable outcomes in claims, collections, and denial management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments
- Ability to work independently, managing schedule and priorities without needing to be in the same room
- 3+ years in data analytics and automation experience
- Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred
- Expertise in denial management and root cause analysis
- Offshore vendor management experience preferred
- Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of drug and background screening
- Some positions will require a favorable driving record
