Develop end-to-end web applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core for back-end development, with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular
Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems with cloud-native technologies on Azure or AWS
Build and maintain relational databases, focusing on MS SQL, performance, and data integrity
Lead development efforts using Agile methodologies and Lean software development principles
Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to create maintainable, high-quality code
Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code stability and reliability
Collaborate in a multicultural, diverse team environment
Contribute to continuous improvement through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and deploy AI features to production

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong OOP understanding
Experience in .NET/C#
ReactJS or Angular or VueJS experience
Experience with cloud native technologies within Azure or AWS
Relational database design experience (MS SQL preferred)
Background experience with SOLID principles and design patterns
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines; GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus preferred
Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot
Experience deploying AI features to production
Proven experience integrating with Azure OpenAI or the OpenAI API
Hands-on experience with at least one vector database: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, or PGVector
Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or similar
