Own high-impact Calendar features from first idea to production
Create robust, scalable, and easy-to-use solutions with a builder mindset and product-focused approach
Own delivery of complex, user-facing Calendar features across the full stack
Partner with Product to understand customer needs, define upcoming features, and identify problems proactively
Build across the full stack using technologies such as Ruby on Rails and Python
Identify opportunities to refactor and make broader codebase improvements
Collaborate with QA, Security, and Data when appropriate
Work through ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality solutions at pace

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years of professional full-stack engineering experience, with hands-on Ruby on Rails expertise
A track record of independently delivering complex features to production in a customer-facing web application, and owning them after launch
Production experience with Ember.js or React and their ecosystems, plus a willingness to pick up new frameworks and platforms
Solid understanding of APIs, SQL, web application architecture, observability, and reliability, and good judgment in choosing the right approach
Clear, proactive communication and collaboration skills working with remote, cross-functional teams on GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Zoom
Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code in your daily workflow
High agency and a growth mindset. You take ownership of quality and reliability and do well on a fast-moving team
Bonus: Experience with web application security, or with PCI or HIPAA compliance
Bonus: Production troubleshooting and infrastructure experience with Docker, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, NGINX, AWS, Linux, Terraform/Ansible
