About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan materials (supplies) to replenish inventory and meet requirements, maintaining material availability for immediate order fulfillment at the lowest possible cost
Plan the company's material requirements to meet the defined service level, using inventory policies, demand forecasting methods, system reports, software systems, and Excel spreadsheets
Provide dependent departments with material arrival forecasts through tracking spreadsheets
Monitor material deliveries to the company's warehouses and provide accurate information through Excel spreadsheets
Monitor inventory quantities and identify abnormal situations using Excel spreadsheets
Develop and analyze KPIs for area management
Manage supplier orders and maintain strong supplier relationships
Take responsibility for a defined portion of a project or process, build credibility through competent work, and propose innovations within established parameters
Understand and apply the company's established sustainability practices and suggest improvements to IMS performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed; preferably in STEM or Business-related fields
Basic English and Spanish
Coursework in Materials Planning
Specialization in Logistics
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
3 to 5 years of experience
Knowledge of the environmental aspects and impacts related to the activities
