About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, monitoring, and control of operational projects (PMO).
- Track project schedules, deliverables, deadlines, and action plans for the department.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), preparing analyses and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Develop and update management reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Monitor urgent operational requests, ensuring visibility and appropriate direction for related actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Support transportation management by monitoring supplier performance and service levels (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure the progress of projects and operational routines.
- Participate in status meetings, preparing presentations and consolidating management information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics planning, transportation, operations, or project management.
- Knowledge of tracking deliveries and operational projects (PMO).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, dashboards, and data processing).
- Knowledge of Power BI for creating and analyzing performance indicators.
- Experience preparing and monitoring operational KPIs.
- Analytical ability to identify deviations and propose action plans.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments.
- Experience with TMS and ERP systems (Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is desirable.
- Experience in transportation, distribution, or reverse logistics operations is desirable.
- Analytical and organized approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands.
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
