About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate exploratory meetings and user research with internal stakeholders, attorneys, clients, and SMEs
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from user interviews, usage analytics, market research, industry reports, and other sources
- Advise practice leadership on transformation opportunities
- Translate strategic goals into actionable business capabilities, roadmaps, and detailed plans
- Design and develop scalable solutions using AI capabilities to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates throughout project lifecycles
- Define measurement, ROI, and KPIs and ensure initiatives capture desired business value
- Act as accountable leader and single point of contact across functions and practices
- Identify and validate pain points and map them to viable AI-driven use cases
- Identify, evaluate, and advocate for innovative AI-based legal technology solutions
- Assist practice groups in adopting AI-enabled workflows through outreach and hands-on support
- Support attorneys with prompt design, refinement, and execution tailored to practice-specific tasks
- Prepare and deliver technology presentations and trainings on practical AI uses
- Drive cross-department collaboration to resolve divergent goals and implement viable solutions
- Communicate solution strategy and progress clearly to stakeholders
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree – required
- 7+ years’ experience in Product Management, Solution Management or Innovation-focused roles
- Direct experience in a law firm environment, as a practicing attorney or experience with legal technology preferred
- Proficiency in tools for product management, including JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Dovetail
- Experience managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch to iterative improvement, especially for AI-powered solutions
- Demonstrated ability to apply Design Thinking principles to product discovery, prioritization and solutioning
- Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Superior oral and written communication skills and ability to make effective presentations to small and/or large groups
- Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- Ability to provide excellent quality client service to internal and external contacts
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to produce quality written communications, presentations, spreadsheets, slides and standard work documents
- Strong appetite and aptitude to learn new technologies, develop innovative solutions and deliver compelling messaging
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software programs and tools
- Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all organizational levels
