About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult with corporate leadership and the proposal team on qualifications needed for each position
Post and maintain job descriptions on Greenhouse (ATS)
Use government contract proposal and award statement of work documents to develop and update job descriptions and specifications
Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to source and identify top talent
Maintain the company's LinkedIn presence by posting industry and company updates multiple times a week
Screen and interview candidates
Deliver service to candidates and clients
Obtain Letters of Intent from qualified candidates in support of contract proposal efforts
Coordinate with senior leadership and Business Development teams to review and determine top candidates
Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years recruiting salaried roles, medical roles, engineers for aerospace, software engineering, defense, or advanced manufacturing
Boolean and database sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Experience developing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external hiring managers
Associate's degree or higher (equivalent experience may substitute for the education requirement)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Travel required to and from client sites
Experience working with contract labor or staff augmentation for a defense prime or subprime
Experience using candidate metric tracking dashboards to inform decision making
Experience with the government contract proposal process
Experience hiring candidates for roles requiring a government security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, Poly)
Experience with various candidate selection processes
Must live in and work from an eligible U.S. state when hired and throughout employment
Must pass background checks and drug testing prior to employment; some positions may require fingerprinting
