About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (Totara 19), including content, users, courses, and learning resources
- Support development and optimisation of the e-learning platform
- Monitor system performance and coordinate resolution of technical issues and bugs
- Create, upload, update, and maintain digital learning content and training resources
- Support development and implementation of e-learning modules and digital learning solutions
- Develop and maintain LMS reports and dashboards
- Monitor learner participation, completion rates, engagement, and learning metrics
- Analyse learning data and provide insights for training decisions and continuous improvement
- Plan, organise, and deliver webinars and virtual training sessions
- Manage scheduling, invitations, registrations, technical setup, attendance tracking, and follow-up activities
- Support trainers, speakers, and participants before and during online sessions
- Provide logistical and administrative support for training programmes, events, and learning initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support participant communications, attendance tracking, materials preparation, and post-training administration
- Liaise with global and regional teams on Sinclair College projects
- Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Provide updates on project progress, issues, and key deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Learning, Training, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluent in English
- LMS and digital marketing knowledge
- Problem solver
- Ability to use generative AI tools
- Spanish and Portuguese valorised
- Ability to work on multiple projects within aggressive deadlines
- Well organised and prioritisation skills
