About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set and deliver a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with company growth and expansion across USA, EU, and Ukraine
Manage IT budget, headcount planning, and vendor relationships across Infrastructure & Identity, IT Support & Service Desk, and Network teams
Set and enforce IT governance, including policies, SLAs, security posture, and audit readiness
Advance IAM maturity through SSO, MFA, Zero Trust principles, and access lifecycle management
Ensure network infrastructure provides the performance and redundancy required by distributed offices
Improve IT support service quality through CSAT, ticket SLAs, and self-service deflection
Collaborate with Security, HR, and Legal on onboarding/offboarding, device management, and compliance
Assess and roll out tooling to increase automation and reduce manual IT overhead
Develop leadership within each team by identifying, coaching, and retaining team leads and building clear IT career paths
Own the internal technology stack, including infrastructure reliability, identity governance, employee support, and office connectivity

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in IT, including 3+ years leading multiple teams
Hands-on experience with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) enterprise infrastructure
Knowledge of IAM / Zero Trust architecture
Experience running a service desk function
Strong vendor and contract management skills
Ability to present technical decisions to C-level stakeholders
Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions or sites
IT experience at a fast-scaling tech or engineering company (nice to have)
Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance or government contracting (nice to have)
Experience implementing ISO 27001 or SOC 2 (nice to have)
Background in network engineering or hands-on infrastructure roles (nice to have)
Experience leading IT through M&A integration (nice to have)
