About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administering and further developing Windows and Linux systems
Managing network, server, storage, and virtualization environments
Administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services
Analyzing and resolving incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Contributing to IT security, digitalization, and automation projects
Developing and optimizing scripts and automation solutions, e.g., using PowerShell and Python
Supporting the development of internal applications, interfaces, and workflows
Contributing to data integration and the integration of third-party systems
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Working closely with internal departments and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, Application Development, or a comparable qualification, together with 2–3 years of professional experience
Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft technologies
Interest in software development, automation, and modern digitalization projects
Initial experience with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs, or comparable technologies is an advantage
Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally in new technologies and subject areas
Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to work
A high sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
Excellent teamwork skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines
