About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, design, optimize, support, and continuously improve end-to-end corporate processes
- Lead requirements-gathering activities
- Perform AS-IS mapping and TO-BE design
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Define business rules, SLAs, and operational journeys
- Support the implementation and evolution of workflows
- Collaborate directly with business, technology, architecture, operations, and vendor teams
- Work in a complex corporate environment with critical processes, high transaction volumes, and multiple integrations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in Business Process Management (BPM), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, redesign, and optimization of end-to-end processes
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools
- Experience in process discovery, AS-IS mapping, and TO-BE design
- Ability to define business rules, stages, queues, SLAs, exceptions, and approval levels
- Knowledge of integrations between BPM platforms and corporate systems through APIs and services
- Experience with workflow migration and modernization projects
- Knowledge of case management, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience monitoring and defining process, productivity, SLA, and operational efficiency KPIs
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and working in cross-functional squads
- Relevant experience in complex process transformation and optimization projects
- Knowledge of the PEGA platform, including workflow development, configuration, support, and enhancement
- Knowledge of Process Mining
- Experience with process automation and RPA
- Knowledge of applying Artificial Intelligence to process optimization
- Experience with financial or banking industry processes, particularly transactional and wholesale operations
