About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and analyze business process needs, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes through process analysis and modeling
- Define and prepare project scopes in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate in gathering, defining, and validating functional requirements and business rules
- Translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Propose IT solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices
- Monitor the implementation and evolution of systems, ensuring the quality of deliverables
- Perform data analysis, queries, and validations using SQL
- Develop functional training materials and support users in adopting implemented solutions
- Support change management initiatives related to the implementation of new solutions
- Work in agile squads, maintaining constant interaction with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience acting as an interface between business and technology teams
- In-depth knowledge of credit systems and the financial services industry, particularly banking
- Experience in process analysis and modeling
- Experience working with agile methodologies and in squads
- Knowledge of systems analysis
- Strong SQL skills, including query analysis and data manipulation
- Experience with data analysis
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Stored Procedures, and Functions
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, users, and stakeholders
- Experience maintaining and enhancing legacy systems
- Knowledge of Scrum
- Knowledge of Kanban
- Knowledge of Generative AI

- Experience with Power BI
