About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop systems in accordance with existing design standards and suggest improvements;
Validate new application features;
Perform integration testing on applications;
Apply software development best practices;
Collaborate on the development of machine learning interfaces to optimize applications;
Architect, build, and maintain solutions and enhancements on the FICO platform/service for engines and offers;
Ensure and maintain the health, performance, availability, and security of applications;
Write unit tests, review source code, and solve technical challenges;
Collaborate with the team, R&D, and stakeholders to define and specify architectures and technologies;
Continuously seek innovation in systems-related processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with RMA (FICO Rules Management Application);
Advanced knowledge of SRL (Structured Rules Language), the language used for development in RMA;
Experience with DMPS (FICO Decision Management Platform);
Experience with Java development, including Spring Boot and REST APIs;
Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and microservices;
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines;
Experience with Agile methodologies.
