About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the evolution of solutions for the Credit Rights Investment Fund (FIDC) market
- Own the product’s functional direction
- Act as a liaison between business teams, clients, stakeholders, and development squads
- Translate business needs into valuable solutions
- Prioritize demands and contribute to the evolution of a strategic platform for the financial market
- Manage and prioritize the backlog
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Gather, detail, and validate functional requirements
- Work at the intersection of business teams and technology teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a related role
- Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
- Experience working at the interface between business teams and technology teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Knowledge of gathering, detailing, and validating functional requirements
- Knowledge of the financial market, preferably FIDC products or operations
- Strong communication and analytical skills, organization, and the ability to negotiate priorities and manage stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with FIDC operations, including assignment, settlement, repurchase, delinquency, and receivables management
- Knowledge of financial-market regulatory processes (CVM, BACEN, and ANBIMA)
- Experience evolving legacy systems and modernizing platforms
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Java, Angular, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with SaaS products and applying Artificial Intelligence to product management
