About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
- Validate requirements and business rules with Product and Business teams
- Run SQL queries to validate data
- Identify, document, and track defects and fixes
- Conduct user acceptance testing and support the investigation of production incidents
- Ensure the quality and traceability of deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and testing processes
- Validate and enhance solutions for the Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDC) market, in partnership with Product, Business, and Development teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing
- Experience creating test scenarios, scripts, and test cases
- Experience with system acceptance testing and functional requirements analysis
- Knowledge of SQL for queries and data validation
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience investigating defects and validating fixes
- Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field
- Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI
- Familiarity with Java 8, Apache Tomcat, and Docker
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of test automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent tools
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Artificial Intelligence applied to software quality
- Experience with FIDC products or operations
- Knowledge of assignment, acquisition, settlement, repurchase, delinquency, collections, and receivables management processes
- Experience in financial market companies, such as fiduciary administrators, custodians, securitization companies, or asset managers
- Experience with mission-critical financial systems, legacy platforms, and high transaction volumes
- Experience testing integrations among multiple systems and performing regulatory validations
- Participation in technology modernization projects
