Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct market research and mapping, monitoring trends, emerging technologies, startups, and new solutions
Identify and evaluate proprietary and open-source technologies with potential business applications
Support innovation projects from idea conception through the execution of PoCs and MVPs
Assess the potential of new technologies and identify opportunities for application and value creation for the company
Monitor trends in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and other emerging technologies
Support the preparation of studies, analyses, and presentations on technologies and innovation opportunities
Contribute to developing future outlooks and innovation proposals for different audiences, including senior management
Interact with vendors, partners, startups, and other stakeholders in the technology ecosystem
Support initiatives, events, and activities focused on knowledge sharing and strengthening the innovation culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with IT projects, market research, trend analysis, or technology solution scouting
Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, AI Agents, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing
Basic knowledge of systems architecture and the software development lifecycle
Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and identify opportunities
Critical and analytical thinking
Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and information to different audiences
Proactive and curious profile, with the ability to learn and adapt easily to new topics and technologies
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for market research, accessing international content, and communicating with vendors and partners
Experience with innovation projects, digital transformation, or emerging technologies
Experience with PoCs, MVPs, or experimentation with new technologies
Experience in startups, innovation hubs, or technology ecosystems
Experience in the healthcare and wellness sector
Familiarity with sensitive data, privacy, and healthcare-related regulations
