About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and acceptance tests
- Create test scenarios and test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium
- Validate integrations between systems, APIs, and web applications
- Identify, document, track, and validate defect resolutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective)
- Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery quality
- Support the definition and evolution of the testing strategy and QA best practices
- Execute regression tests before production deployments
- Produce technical testing documentation and maintain evidence of completed validations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and automated test coverage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a QA professional in software development projects
- Experience with both manual and automated testing
- Advanced experience with Selenium for test automation
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining test frameworks
- Experience with test and bug management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience with SQL databases for data validation
- Knowledge of version control with Git
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Analytical skills for investigating and reproducing failures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Nice to have: Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework
- Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter or k6)
- Knowledge of Docker
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
