About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and promote best practices for software development and product creation
Lead senior squads responsible for developing multidisciplinary projects
Participate in architecture decisions, guiding system evolution and the transition from monolithic structures to microservices
Ensure the governance, quality, scalability, and security of Web and Mobile solutions
Strengthen the culture of data and observability by monitoring system health, anticipating failures, and improving the user experience
Promote operational efficiency through process automation and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools in development
Develop and support the team through one-on-one meetings, technical mentoring, and development plans
Partner with business teams, translating needs into technical solutions and aligning priorities, timelines, and expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical knowledge and a transformative mindset
Experience leading software engineering teams working on Web and Mobile systems
Solid software development experience, preferably with Laravel, Vue, and React Native
In-depth knowledge of software architecture, including strategies for evolving monolithic systems into microservices
Experience with cloud computing and AWS infrastructure
Ability to make technical and strategic decisions, manage conflicts, and set priorities
Emotional intelligence and the ability to develop people and lead senior teams
Experience applying Generative Artificial Intelligence throughout the software development lifecycle, including tools such as Claude Code for code generation and refactoring and test creation
Preferred qualifications: experience with Datadog and Sentry
Preferred qualifications: experience with process automation and workflow creation using n8n
Preferred qualifications: knowledge of data analysis and dashboard development with Metabase
