About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work hands-on in application development, contributing directly to code in Node.js and TypeScript
Participate in Front-end, Back-end, and database integration development
Serve as the primary liaison between Technology, Product, and Business, translating business needs into priorities and execution plans for the IT teams
Support the definition and organization of priorities and the roadmap with the relevant stakeholders
Identify, escalate, and monitor the resolution of blockers and impediments that may affect deliveries
Ensure that priorities, the roadmap, and initiative statuses are clear and up to date across teams
Structure and lead agile rituals and ceremonies, fostering alignment and continuous improvement of the delivery flow
Support backlog prioritization using practices such as Kanban
Contribute to technical decisions by balancing business needs, deadlines, quality, and solution sustainability
Work closely with teams to ensure efficient delivery without micromanagement
Participate in the evolution of development, CI/CD, testing, and technical documentation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer, with hands-on experience in Front-end, Back-end, and databases
Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with React and React Native
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience with relational databases, especially MySQL
Experience developing and integrating REST/RESTful APIs
Experience acting as a liaison between Technology, Product, and Business teams
Experience with agile methodologies and backlog prioritization, especially Kanban
Experience with CI/CD processes
Ability to balance technical and business demands, prioritizing activities with autonomy, a sense of urgency, and an impact-oriented perspective
Knowledge of automated testing best practices and technical documentation
Nice to have: Experience with NestJS
Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services, such as EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, S3, and Lambda
Nice to have: Experience working in autonomous Squad or Pod structures
Nice to have: Experience using AI agents or AI tools in the development process
Nice to have: Experience in fast-paced delivery and technology transformation environments
