About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research human–AI interaction approaches for data discovery and understanding
Investigate personas, user journeys, and the needs of users within the data ecosystem
Formulate and test hypotheses regarding new search experiences and interactions with AI agents
Research interface and UX patterns for Generative AI and RAG
Develop experimental prototypes using React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Integrate interfaces with intelligent agents, APIs, and RAG
Conduct experiments and usability testing
Define and monitor findability, usability, relevance, and efficiency metrics
Analyze results and propose enhancements to the framework
Document the research methodology, experiments, results, and learnings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction, or related fields in Computing and Technology
Knowledge of web application development and front-end architecture
Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Experience with React and/or Angular
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of API integration and consumption
Knowledge of Git and software development practices
Ability to structure experiments, analyze results, and technically document research learnings
Availability to work 40 hours per week
