About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design robust, scalable architectures for cloud-native AI-powered applications
- Deploy and manage foundation models using AWS Bedrock
- Orchestrate complex prompt workflows
- Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and microservices using Python, Java, or Node.js
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines connecting internal corporate data with language models
- Optimize application latency, token throughput, and compute costs for AI inference
- Partner with product teams to build AI agents
- Mentor junior engineers on engineering best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, including model evaluation and agent setup
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or the Hugging Face ecosystem
- Strong software engineering proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Amazon OpenSearch, or Milvus
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL systems
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git workflows
- Familiarity with advanced prompt optimization, guardrails, and model fine-tuning techniques
- AWS Certified Generative AI Developer credentials or experience building production-grade enterprise agents preferred
- 5–8 years of experience
- Willingness to work in shifts as and when needed
