About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage onboarding for new starters, including system vetting, induction booking, locker allocation, and equipment ordering
- Oversee visitor management, including site bookings, PPE issue, and access arrangements
- Handle timesheets, holiday requests, and reporting
- Provide general administrative support, including document formatting and non-technical review
- Manage PPE stock, office supplies, and deliveries
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meeting room bookings
- Act as a point of contact for facilities, IT, and procurement queries
- Support project communications and internal audits
- Support staff, visitors, and contractors in a busy site environment
Requirements
