About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide daily field supervision and inspection for civil and structural works at the assigned DSCO data center project site
Verify progress and maintain photographic records
Identify issues, log them, and track close-out
Support the C&S Lead / Deputy Construction Manager
Oversee civil, structural, substructure, superstructure, façade, underground, external works, embedded items, penetrations, housekeeping pads, temporary works, and site infrastructure works
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and project requirements
Support civil and structural readiness affecting MEP installation, equipment delivery, underground POE readiness, permanent power, commissioning, IST, and operational readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Civil and structural site engineering knowledge
Ability to supervise, inspect, and verify progress of civil and structural works
Ability to work in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and project requirements
Ability to identify issues, maintain photographic records, log issues, and track close-out
Ability to support the C&S Lead / Deputy Construction Manager
Ability to ensure works are executed safely and correctly
