About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of the complete bid lifecycle from ITT/RFP receipt through proposal submission and post-bid activities
- Review RFP requirements, scope, deliverables, evaluation criteria, contractual requirements, and submission instructions
- Develop bid programmes, templates, compliance matrices, checklists, governance documentation, and approval materials
- Coordinate technical, commercial, financial, legal, risk, finance, insurance, tax, and operational stakeholders
- Lead financial proposal development, cost build-ups, resource plans, fee structures, profitability assessments, cash-flow projections, contingencies, assumptions, and commercial approvals
- Develop and coordinate technical proposal content, delivery strategies, risk mitigations, organization charts, project programmes, CVs, references, and corporate experience
- Identify and coordinate subconsultants and specialist partners, including NDAs, proposal requests, scope alignment, fee negotiations, and subconsultancy agreements
- Coordinate contractual reviews, risk registers, qualifications, clarifications, and mitigation measures
- Manage Aviation Sector SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 opportunity records, opportunity trackers, proposal records, and knowledge-management materials
- Manage final proposal production and submission through client portals, email, or prescribed channels
- Coordinate post-submission clarifications, negotiations, client feedback, lessons learned, and handover of successful bids to delivery teams
