About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage corporate flight and accommodation requests for Skeelers worldwide through the designated form and in accordance with the travel policy
  • Obtain and compare options across multiple channels, evaluating price, route, and terms
  • Identify opportunities and support negotiations for agreements with hotel chains in Brazil and abroad, as well as travel platforms
  • Monitor the implementation and registration of commercial agreements
  • Identify, source, and maintain a shortlist of spaces and rooms for meetings, training sessions, and events in different cities
  • Support the standardization of venues and reduce one-off bookings
  • Provide logistical support for large corporate events, trade shows, and biennial events
  • Manage the team’s flight and accommodation arrangements for events
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and savings/ROI metrics for the department
  • Present results to leadership
  • Serve as the primary support contact for employees traveling, resolving post-booking needs during their trips
  • Monitor international travel requirements, including foreign exchange, international itinerary issuance, visas, and local taxes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in procurement, corporate travel, or event management
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for negotiations and international support
  • Analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to compare quotes, consolidate data, and turn it into reports and performance indicators
  • Familiarity with foreign exchange, international itinerary issuance, visas, and local taxes
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with corporate travel management platforms is a plus
