About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit candidates for direct-hire positions within the construction and skilled trades industries
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, compensation, location, and career goals
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage them throughout the interview and hiring process
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades and construction professionals
Follow up with candidates and clients to help move placements across the finish line

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred
Direct-hire recruiting experience is a plus
Construction/skilled trades recruiting experience is highly preferred
Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Results-driven and motivated by an uncapped commission structure
Candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S.
Eastern or Central Time Zone availability is preferred
