Facility Manager – Site Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take responsibility for facility management across sites in the North-East region
- Manage and monitor external service providers
- Further develop on-site operational processes and ensure consistently high service quality
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and ongoing activities in commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management
- Monitor service delivery, verify contractually agreed services, and evaluate monthly reports and quality documentation
- Review invoices and track budgets for the sites under management
- Independently organize renovations, relocations, and safety inspections
- Support the implementation of real estate projects
- Process incoming requests and reports
- Organize, commission, and monitor maintenance, servicing, and repair work
- Oversee access control systems and parking management
- Support commercial activities related to procurement and budget planning
- Optimize operational facility management and further develop service performance
- Serve as the central point of contact for employees and relevant facility management stakeholders
