About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex commercial and residential construction projects on behalf of the client
- Take responsibility for quality, costs, and schedules
- Manage project delivery from tendering and contract award through completion
- Provide technical leadership to a project team of typically two to four colleagues
- Coordinate collaboration with designers and contractors
- Act as the central point of contact for clients and investors
- Represent the client’s interests toward all project stakeholders
- Prepare contract award recommendations
