About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, including budgeting, booth logistics, timeline management, and on-site support
- Manage logistics and scheduling for retailer demos and sampling events across the country
- Support brand activations, influencer events, and partnerships by coordinating timelines, sourcing materials, managing vendors, and ensuring on-site execution
- Manage and train Brand Ambassadors as needed
- Coordinate influencer mailers, vendors, shipment details, branded collateral timelines, and lists
- Manage merchandise inventory and coordinate orders
- Handle day-to-day marketing operations, including print orders, sampling requests, and shipping
- Liaise with vendors and agencies to keep projects on track
- Coordinate with the Creative Director on design needs and marketing orders
- Manage coupon setup and support retail launches with Sales and Customer Service
- Assist with website updates, homepage swaps, and campaign page builds
- Assist with content syndication across retailer sites
- Set up email and SMS campaigns as needed
- Provide occasional customer service backup
- Report to the Head of Partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in CPG, brand, or events
- BA required; Marketing or related field preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel occasionally for events
- Willingness to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed
- Some weekend and evening work required during events
- Hands-on experience planning or supporting trade shows, brand events, or demos is a major plus
- Strong communication and detail-oriented organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing plans and priorities
- Ability to manage outside partner and vendor relationships
