About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively contact existing customers by phone in the telecommunications sector
- Process tariff changes
- Handle contract renewals
- Conduct customer win-back activities
- Work Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Choose between a fixed late shift or alternating weekly between early and late shifts
- Attend training on products, communication, and sales

Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, initial experience in telephone sales or customer service; career changers with sales talent are also welcome
- Quiet workspace in a home-office environment
- Stable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps
- Confident use of a PC
- Good IT skills
- Technical understanding
- Excellent German language skills
- Friendly, clear communication over the phone
