About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collate and proofread reports prepared by various healthcare professionals for individual clients
  • Prepare Autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessment reports
  • Score questionnaires for report preparation
  • Liaise with team members to understand service needs
  • Support ad hoc administrative tasks as determined by the Clinical Director
  • Support the Reports team within a busy multidisciplinary healthcare service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Administrative experience ideally within a healthcare setting/service would be helpful, but not essential
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Confidence with using new computer systems
  • Good understanding of patient confidentiality
  • Understanding or passion for working with neurodivergent individuals
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Highly skilled communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Teamworking abilities
  • Flexible and open to change
  • Sensitive and understanding of clients’ needs
  • Must submit both a CV and cover letter
