Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Typescript, React/React Native
Strong engineering foundation
Track record of implementing, testing, and maintaining reliable backend services
Experience owning projects end to end
Passion for improving customer experience
First-rate communication in code and human language
Ability to contribute to deep technical discussions across team and tech stack boundaries
Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to design and build customer-focused features
Ability to improve system performance and functionality
Experience building reliable APIs and integrating with third parties
