About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Streamline as the legal intake system administrator and process owner
- Triage inbound legal requests, assign and prioritize matters, enforce SLAs, and maintain the queue
- Configure intake forms, routing rules, approval paths, and templates
- Run routine contract workflows from template preparation through review, signature, execution, and filing
- Manage DocuSign signature envelopes and verify signatory authority
- Maintain the contract repository, metadata, permissions, and legacy agreement migration
- Build and maintain legal trackers, reporting, renewal calendars, obligation trackers, and compliance deadlines
- Maintain corporate records for US and international entities, including minutes, consents, resolutions, minute books, registered agent coordination, annual reports, licenses, and qualifications
- Support board and stockholder meeting logistics and maintain the corporate calendar
- Build and improve legal knowledge repositories, playbooks, templates, FAQs, process guides, and self-service resources on Confluence
- Redesign legal workflows, automate handoffs and reminders, and document owned processes
- Maintain the intellectual property docket with outside counsel
- Support compliance and privacy obligations, questionnaires, policy attestations, insurance certificates, audits, and diligence requests
- Coordinate outside counsel and legal vendors, including engagement letters, conflict checks, budgets, invoices, accruals, and spend reporting
- Assemble diligence data rooms and support legal holds, document preservation, subpoenas, third-party requests, and records retention
- Collaborate daily with Sales, Business Development, Procurement, Finance, People Ops, Engineering, Network Operations, and colleagues across Mountain View, Espoo, and India
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
- 5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience, including meaningful in-house experience at a technology company
- Experience owning and administering a legal intake, matter management, or contract lifecycle management platform
- Hands-on experience running high-volume signature workflows in DocuSign or Adobe Sign
- Working familiarity with NDAs, vendor and procurement agreements, DPAs, SOWs, order forms, and amendments
- Experience maintaining corporate records and entity management for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction company
- Strong systems fluency across Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, DocuSign, and e-billing tools
- Experience building trackers, dashboards, and lightweight automations
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Clear, concise written communication and discretion handling confidential and privileged information
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving company and build processes
- Ability to collaborate across US, European, and Indian time zones, with occasional flexibility for early or late calls
- ABA-approved paralegal program, NALA (CP/ACP), or NFPA (RP) certification preferred
- Experience with Streamline, Ironclad, LinkSquares, Agiloft, Evisort, SimpleLegal, or similar is a strong plus
- Experience supporting satellite, telecommunications, IoT, semiconductor, or other technology and hardware businesses is a plus
- Exposure to privacy, export control, IP docketing, or equity administration is a plus
