About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product strategy and execution for future services beyond SOS/SMS
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap for service offerings
  • Engage MNVOs, MNOs, OEMs, and chipset/module makers to understand needs, pain points, and use cases
  • Translate customer and partner insights into product requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, technology groups, and other internal teams
  • Define product specifications and commercialize new services from concept through launch
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and track service performance
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Define and track KPIs and use data-driven insights to iterate product design, strategy, and execution
  • Champion customer needs throughout product development
  • Own services end to end through commercial launch and in-life performance
  • Drive decisions across engineering, sales, and partners, resolve blockers, and close commitments
  • Report to the Director of Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • Deep knowledge of conceptualizing and bringing services to market across terrestrial and non-terrestrial technologies preferred
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end process of bringing a new service to market
  • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps from ideation to launch
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to discuss complex technical concepts with engineers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with diverse domestic and international customer and partner segments, including MNVOs, MNOs, OEMs, and chipset/module makers, highly desirable
  • Data-driven decision-making and ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must disclose whether employment visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
