About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect, design, and standardize Identity Management infrastructures, including Active Directory, ADFS, Enterprise Authentication, Single Sign-on, and Provisioning systems
- Implement solutions integrating new technology with legacy applications
- Manage Sleep Number’s Identity and Privileged Access Management systems
- Develop custom integrations where standard plugins do not exist
- Partner with platform teams to integrate their products
- Support ongoing security compliance initiatives
- Drive adoption of infrastructure-as-code approaches across teams and technologies
- Use automation to reduce operational workload
- Build fully automated configuration management with unit and regression testing
- Create automated repeatable processes
- Develop fully automated CI/CD pipelines for other teams to leverage
- Provide a unified environment for developers
- Support incident, problem, configuration, and change management policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years college degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of proven experience with enterprise level Active Directory
- 7+ years of proven experience and strong knowledge with Microsoft IAM Technologies and Microsoft Entra Ecosystem/SSO/Enterprise Apps
- Strong knowledge and experience with Kerberos, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and other authentication protocols
- Hands-on experience implementing MFA, adaptive authentication, and Single Sign-on
- Hands-on experience with O365/Microsoft Azure cloud computing services
- Hands-on experience working with APIs
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Identity Management, Directory Services, and Privilege Access technologies
- Basic programming skills, especially understanding application authentication and authorization
- Good diagnostic, analytical, troubleshooting, design, and communication skills
- Experience integrating Privilege Access Management into an organization
- Experience with One Identity or SailPoint IGA solutions
- Experience with CyberArk, Thykotic, or One Identity PAM solutions
- Ability to work M-F day shift
- Availability for rotational on-call
- Availability for off-hours production maintenance windows
