Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed or registered clinician with 3+ years of client work since qualifying
UK: HCPC-registered practitioner psychologist, or counsellor/psychotherapist on a PSA-accredited register such as BACP, UKCP, or NCPS
US: Independent license such as psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT
Clear clinical judgement and ability to explain reasoning
Experience supervising, training, or mentoring other clinicians
Clear English writing skills
Personal experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude helpful
Must be based in the UK or US with the right to work as a self-employed or independent contractor
