About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify requirements based on customer needs and develop suitable solutions
- Implement holistic system solutions for clients, networks, servers, cloud, software, and security as part of a team
- Take the lead on projects
- Ensure the stable operation of services
- Support the team and customers as a competent point of contact for tasks and incidents
- Organize your work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- After comprehensive onboarding, gradually assume operational responsibility for individual SLYNET services
- Serve as the technical point of contact for services and take responsibility for their maintenance and further development
Requirements
What you’ll need- ICT Specialist EFZ with at least 5 years of professional experience, or 3 years of professional experience combined with a completed university of applied sciences degree
- Independent problem-solving skills supported by an analytical and structured approach to work
- Strong willingness to learn and quick comprehension
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Windows Client, Active Directory, virtualization solutions (Hyper-V), and IP networks
- Commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German, with the ability to communicate in English
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Team-oriented approach combined with a strong sense of responsibility and duty
