Build production-ready applications with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js across UI, APIs, and services
Create AI-powered interfaces, conversational UIs, and agent workflows
Use AI to explore ideas, write code, and solve problems while critically reviewing its output
Understand user problems, challenge assumptions, and develop impactful solutions
Make technical decisions and build scalable architectures across the stack
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering
Deliver maintainable, performant, and reliable software
Own technical topics independently and drive them forward
Participate in workshops, team sessions, hackathons, conferences, community exchange, and in-person collaboration at the Berlin tech office

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on full-stack JavaScript experience
Proven track record of delivering production-ready applications
Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
Experience building and integrating REST APIs
Hands-on experience with SQL databases, data structures, and database design
Hands-on experience with Jest, Vitest, or Node.js testing is essential
Knowledge of scalable architecture, performance, scalability, maintainability, edge cases, and testing
Ability to understand problems, explain technical decisions, and work independently
Critical review of AI-generated output and responsibility for shipped code
GraphQL experience is a plus
Experience with AI-first interfaces, agent workflows, or natural-language products is a plus
Bonus experience with AWS, Jenkins, Grafana, Graylog, Confluence, Jira, or shell scripting
Willingness to travel to and attend team gatherings and company offsites
Portfolio, side project, or demo repository demonstrating technical problem-solving
