About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a defined portfolio of Third-Party Intermediary relationships across SME and Bespoke Half-Hourly opportunities
  • Grow profitable, long-term partnerships through new acquisition, successful renewals and increased share of wallet
  • Build strong relationships with key partner contacts
  • Deliver against revenue and margin objectives
  • Own partner plans and create and qualify a high-quality pipeline
  • Manage forecasts and negotiations
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Commercial, Product and Marketing
  • Drive sustainable partner value and commercial outcomes
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels and represent the organisation externally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in energy sales, channel sales, account management or partner development, ideally within the UK business-energy/TPI market
  • Strong track record of delivering sales, revenue and margin targets, with a focus on profitable growth and commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing third-party partner relationships, account-growth plans, acquisition and renewal pipelines, and opportunities through to completion
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder-management skills
  • Confidence presenting to senior partner contacts and representing an organisation externally
  • Good understanding of UK business energy, TPI models, pricing, margin, CRM/pipeline management and sales governance
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
