About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Onboard new client firms and serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact
Lead enterprise onboarding and multi-million-dollar FinTech implementations from technical architecture through go-live
Solve data integration, custodial API, and workflow automation challenges alongside financial engineers
Balance Smartleaf and client objectives
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Execute defined project plans
Understand client requirements and objectives and translate them into actionable project plans
Manage the project lifecycle from sales-to-service transition through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
Partner with internal specialists to execute project plans
Set expectations and hold teams accountable for deadlines and deliverables
Report project status, progress against plan, and hours spent
Identify issues, mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements
Adapt responsibilities based on team needs and contribute as an integral member of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field required
5+ years of experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or project management
Prior experience in Financial Services or FinTech preferred
Experience with enterprise clients and high ARR clients preferred
Organized and able to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Strong communication skills
Self-sufficient and able to work independently
Personable and relationship-oriented
Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, including executives
Eager to learn and grow
Must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
