Build capabilities that empower the world's largest companies to transform their approach to work
Guide teams responsible for the grid ecosystem, including data linking, synchronization, and grid infrastructure
Ensure architectural decisions are coherent and challenge technical choices when needed
Own platform reliability and operational excellence for foundational services
Drive on-call health, incident response, and SLA/SLO definition across services
Manage cross-pillar and cross-domain dependencies and negotiate API contracts
Balance user-facing product features with infrastructure stability and operational health
Develop clear career growth paths and foster customer centricity and pillar identity
Lead AI adoption for delivery and operations
Build learning organizations focused on continuous improvement
Advocate for agile, continuous delivery, DevOps culture, and high-quality delivery processes
Evaluate, prototype, and introduce new technologies, tools, and strategies
Coach teams in software best practices and automated testing
Build diverse teams and retain engaged, high-performing talent

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years microservice web application development
10+ years of combined system architecture experience across multiple languages and frameworks
3+ years experience managing software organizations with >25 people
Experience with tools such as CloudFormation, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancing, API Gateway, AWS Lambda, EC2, Route 53, etc.
Experience with NoSQL, Relational Databases, and Object Store architectures across globally replicated cloud instances
Experience partnering with product management on roadmap prioritization, pricing/packaging, and customer adoption
Experience building autoscaling, distributed systems
BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Strong Computer Science fundamentals in API design, data structures, and algorithms
Training and experience with Agile and Lean methodologies
Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis
Fluency in English is required
Expertise in agile, continuous delivery, and DevOps
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, customers, and engineers
Experience with automated test strategies and software best practices
