About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers across Financial Systems, People Systems, Sales & Entitlements, Billing & Monetization, Enterprise Systems Data, and AI & Automation
- Define and evolve the Corporate Systems product-management operating model
- Establish a cohesive portfolio strategy aligned with company objectives
- Partner with Engineering leadership on product and technical strategy, investments, reliability, scalability, security, technical debt, and sustainability
- Drive portfolio-level prioritization and investment decisions
- Identify and manage dependencies across business domains and systems
- Coach Product Managers on customers, business processes, systems, data flows, and technical constraints
- Raise the technical and systems fluency of the Product Management organization
- Ensure strategies and roadmaps are grounded in measurable customer and business outcomes
- Create clarity across ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
- Translate senior business priorities into technology capabilities and investment plans
- Lead product thinking for pricing and monetization, enterprise AI, ERP and billing modernization, data governance, and automation transformations
- Establish portfolio planning, roadmap review, product health review, dependency management, and executive communication mechanisms
- Champion data-informed product management and outcome measurement
- Improve collaboration between Product and Engineering from discovery through continuous improvement
- Communicate strategy, investments, progress, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to senior leadership
- Build relationships across Product Engineering, Finance, People & Culture, Sales/GTM, Data, Security, and other functions
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and capability building
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Systems, or related experience, including significant ownership of complex enterprise or platform products
- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or formally coaching Product Managers
- Experience owning or overseeing a portfolio of interconnected products, platforms, or enterprise systems
- Strong product-management fundamentals, including customer discovery, problem definition, product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements, metrics, and outcome measurement
- Strong technical and systems fluency, including APIs, integrations, data flows, system boundaries, platform architecture, automation, and enterprise application ecosystems
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering leadership to shape technical strategy and scalable platform capabilities
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple systems, business functions, and technical teams
- Experience with enterprise platforms and business processes across Finance, Sales/GTM, HR/People, billing, monetization, data, or automation
- Ability to distinguish customer problems from requested solutions
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Experience with reliability, security, compliance, data integrity, and operational continuity considerations
- Ability to operate across strategy and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and navigate competing priorities
- Experience with SaaS business models, enterprise AI, usage-based monetization, enterprise data, or large-scale business-system transformation is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree is a plus but not required
